conhecer as principais metodologias multiesp\u00e9cies, e saber discutir as suas vantagens e limites; saber identificar e discutir as principais \u00e1reas em que se constroem as rela\u00e7\u00f5es humano\/n\u00e3o-humano, com impactos para todas as esp\u00e9cies (sa\u00fade, ambiente, pol\u00edtica, legal, \u00e9tica, vida privada, media e representa\u00e7\u00f5es simb\u00f3licas, arte, literatura, entre outras), em diversos contextos (rural\/urbano, selvagem\/dom\u00e9stico; vida familiar e pessoal; consumo alimentar; outros tipos de consumo; entretenimento e lazer; entre outras); saber problematizar criticamente a situa\u00e7\u00e3o dos animais n\u00e3o-humanos, suas condi\u00e7\u00f5es de vida e bem-estar, colocando-as no contexto de rela\u00e7\u00f5es de poder com outras esp\u00e9cies, humanas e n\u00e3o-humanas; Entre 2010 e 2011 completou a po\u0301s- graduac\u0327a\u0303o em Antropologia da Sau\u0301de: Compete\u0302ncia Cultural em A\u0302mbito Cli\u0301nico, tambe\u0301m no ISCTE-IUL. Apo\u0301s um peri\u0301odo a trabalhar para a administrac\u0327a\u0303o local, em 2018 doutorou-se em Antropologia no ISCTE-IUL com uma tese intitulada \u201cNas margens e em tra\u0302nsito: a sau\u0301de mental e as boas intenc\u0327o\u0303es numa IPSS nos arredores de Lisboa\u201d, realizada com base em trabalho de campo intensivo num bairro de realojamento. Foi convidada para lecionar a disciplina de Antropologia e Desenvolvimento no primeiro semestre de 2018 no Instituto Polite\u0301tnico de Leiria.<\/p><p>Entre outubro de 2018 e novembro de 2019, Joana Catela integrou na terceira fase, como investigadora Po\u0301s-Doc no ICS, a equipa do projeto \u201cexPERts \u2013 Organizando o conhecimento do planeamento: poli\u0301tica de habitac\u0327a\u0303o e o papel dos peritos no PER\u201d (FCT PTDC\/ATP-EUR\/4309\/2014). Trabalhou na Dire\u00e7\u00e3o-Geral de Veterin\u00e1ria e Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o (DGAV), tendo vindo a desenvolver consultadoria em bem-estar animal nos \u00faltimos 20 anos. Durante este per\u00edodo, desenvolveu diversas atividades em coopera\u00e7\u00e3o com autoridades competentes, associa\u00e7\u00f5es profissionais e organiza\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00e3o governamentais relacionadas com prote\u00e7\u00e3o e bem-estar animal. A aplica\u00e7\u00e3o e cumprimento de legisla\u00e7\u00e3o relativa \u00e0 prote\u00e7\u00e3o de animais selvagens em cativeiro foi um aspeto central das suas atividades t\u00e9cnicas, no \u00e2mbito das quais o \u2018Manual de Boas Pr\u00e1ticas da Diretiva Zoos da UE\u2019 foi publicado.
